Human vs. computer play
After the first match technical draw was announced. Human team was at -70$ after 500 hands. However, the second mach turned out to be a total loss for the Polaris (poker bot). After a night when Laak and Eslami discussed the strategies playing with the machine, Tuesday was an awful day to Polaris.
Third session was very successful to Phil Laak, he won enough to compensate Ali Eslami’s loss and they both came into +820$ at the end of the match.
The following match, Eslami played in public and commentated on the game, Laak at the moment played in a private room. They again brought a victory. 3:1 human ahead.
After the game both human players said it was a great game, but they both will be more than happy to come to play with real people, as this game is much easier.
